Derick came on as an estimator in 2001 straight out of BCIT’s Architectural and Building Technology program, moved through project management, and now leads the multi-family division at Bridgewater Tile. Twenty-plus years in, he’s built strong working relationships with major developers, suppliers, and contractors across BC.
