Custom Residential
Custom residential rarely follows standard patterns. We treat each project as its own system, making decisions in context rather than from a template.
Early design-phase coordination with builders, designers, and consultants is the norm, along with material selection driven by site conditions and on-site execution by installers who specialize in custom work.
Custom residential touches every surface in the home, and we handle all of it under one trade contract: interior flooring (hard and soft), wall systems and large-format feature panels, countertops, window coverings, pools and water features, and exterior pedestal decks and balconies.
The standards we work to are the ones the company helps write.
Andrew sits on the TTMAC executive, and Bridgewater has held a seat on the association’s executive for fifteen years, four of them as President.
The result is a home delivered at the bar the trade itself sets.
Past work includes an 11,000 square foot Old Shaughnessy custom home: extensive porcelain paneling and large-format tile throughout the main floor, custom borders in multiple rooms, and an indoor pool with water features, spa-style decking, dry-off areas, and a steam room.
Four decades of similar high-detail work across Vancouver, Whistler, and the Lower Mainland.

Custom residential is decisions in context, not from a template. The earlier we’re at the table, the more those decisions stay yours. Walk us through the home, your design team, and the selections still in play.
