Six tailor-made 3-bedroom rowhomes on West 26th in Vancouver’s Riley Park, completed in 2024. Fastmark developed, Panther Group built, Bridgewater installed the tile scope across all six units: walk-in showers, niches, bathroom and laundry floors and walls, coordinated directly into the surrounding millwork and plumbing fixtures.

 

The ensuite showers were designed curbless in large-format tile. Bridgewater laid out the valley cuts to slope the floor to the drain and meet the threshold flush.
