Six 2- and 4-bedroom townhomes on a tree-lined block of West 26th on Vancouver’s West Side, completed in 2025. Fastmark developed, Panther Group built, Bridgewater installed the tile scope across all six units: walk-in showers, niches, bathroom and laundry floors and walls, coordinated directly into the surrounding millwork and plumbing fixtures.

 

Each unit specified a feature millwork wall finished in mosaic. Bridgewater coordinated the mosaic install with the millwork build, holding alignment where tile met millwork through all six units.
