Rosewood Hotel Georgia preserved a downtown Vancouver heritage building as a five-star hotel paired with a new multi-family tower in the same program: 153 hotel units, 156 residences, plus restaurant, spa, and pool interiors. Bridgewater delivered the tile, stone, mosaic, and countertop scope for Delta Land Development with Scott Construction running the build.

 

A fragile dark Italian stone was specified through the project. Bridgewater veneered it to a porcelain backing.
