Shangri-La Hotel and Residence carries a hotel and residential program in the same downtown Vancouver building: 119 hotel units paired with 300 residences. Bridgewater coordinated the tile, stone, mosaic, and countertop scope for Westbank Corp. under Ledcor Construction, holding tolerances on stone alignment, tile levelling, grout, and countertops across hotel public spaces and residential interiors. Custom imported materials and specialty mosaics were managed through the program.
